The code is available at http://qt.gitorious.org/qt-labs/mobile-demos . Packages are available in extras-devel, search for "qtmobiledemo" and you'll find 4 demos there. He’s talking about current S60 phones, later he says about Qt availability in Symbian^3 and Qt UI starting in Symbian^4. That is not related with N900 itself (probably they started talking when he was showing a symbian phone).
